This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by Cartlis.

Shipping Areas

Our primary market is France. We also ship to selected countries within Europe.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping inside France and across Europe.

There are no hidden shipping fees for eligible destinations. The total order amount will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Order Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are usually not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • France: 1 to 3 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 5 business days

Total estimated delivery time includes both handling time and delivery time.

For example, an order shipped inside France may take approximately 2 to 6 business days total, including handling and delivery.

Delivery Delays

Although we do our best to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, incorrect address information, customs checks, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a solution. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is required.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at lynnelowler961@hotmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos if the package or product is damaged.
